Why Palisade
We chose the name Palisade for two reasons. First, if you have ever driven from Idaho Falls , ID to Jackson, WY, you'll understand why we had to include the view in the name of our business. Palisades Reservoir runs along the Snake River and is one of the prettiest places on Earth in all seasons. Do yourself a favor and drive past the reservoir.
The second reason is that "palisade" means a fence of wooden stakes fixed in the ground, forming an enclosure or defense. We want our services to be the defense you need when it comes to your income or business. Because we are a family owned and operated business, this business is also a palisade for our family.
About the Owner
MITCHELL SHEANSHANG
Mitchell graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from BYU and a Master's degree in Accounting from UVU. He began his career and spent five years working at one of the largest tax and accounting firms in the world before starting his own firm. Mitchell is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and a member of the AICPA and UACPA.
Mitchell loves all sports, especially the Utah Jazz and BYU Football, and enjoys catching a game with his family, in person or on TV. He loves spending time with his wife and three kids and uses his free time to fly fish, golf, and read.
